In this course, students will learn to develop communication skills expected in the legal practice environment- how to be an effective communicator in different situations and for different audiences. These skills and technique will teach students to communicate with more clarity, accurately and successfully whilst also developing competency in areas such as persuasive writing.

- Utilise effective communication skills, such as interviewing or coaching clients, collaborating with other professionals, and when involved in meetings or conferences.
- Demonstrate an understanding of personality traits and apply strategies to effectively manage situations
